RETURN POLICY

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied or need a different item, we'll gladly issue a full refund or an exchange within 28 days of receiving your item.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Returns should be sent to us, not to the manufacturer.

To return your product, reach out to our Customer Service team at bonjour@collinebleue.com to get return mailing address details.

Important to note : You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Colline Bleue isn't responsible for any returned items lost in transit.

Once we have received your returned item, please allow 7 business days to issue your refund. Your refund typically will post within 1–2 billing cycles. All sales are final after 28 days from the purchase date.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. This includes being unwashed and unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and plastic intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or worn.
